HAMTRACE is a Horizon Europe – MSCA Staff Exchanges project focused on digital food traceability and fraud prevention in Europe’s PDO/PGI dry-cured ham sector.
DunavNET is responsible for developing and implementing the digital traceability platform, integrating key project innovations into a unified, blockchain- and AI-enabled traceability and authentication (T&A) solution. The team leads the development of a multimodal AI agent, supports pilot testing and validation, and contributes to end-user training to ensure reliable system performance and adoption in real-world conditions.
